I am having difficulties downloading an image, or choosing the components.

1. Javascript needs to be activated on your navigator. You also need a recent version of Flash Player.  

I cannot upload my image

1. Your image has to be either a scanned image or a picture taken using a digital camera;
2. It needs to be of a certain format (JPG, GIF) and a maximum of 2 MB;
3. It has to respect the author's rights.
4. WARNING! If the quality of the image or photo is not good, the result of the printing on the dial will be even worse. Please upload an image or photo of irreproachable quality.

How can I obtain a better image?

1. Visualise your watch with the uploaded picture. If your image is of good quality, and conform to the criteria demanded, the visual aspect of your watch on your monitor will be very close to the product you will receive.
2. You may ask however, that one of our graphic designers retouch the image for a better outcome.

How many words can I write on the dial of my watch?

The maximum is two lines. You will also be able to see in real time on your screen the appearance of your text and decide whether or not to modify its contents. By moving the text you can place it at your convenience.

Can I buy a watch without a photo or text?

Of course. The customisation options of your watch are optional. You can easily modify a single component, or change nothing and buy the watch as it is exposed on the homepage.

Can I save my composition to modify and order at a later date ?

Certainly. It is simple and practical. Click on "save" and follow the instructions. Your work will be saved for one month.
